Agreement
By using esgent's services, you agree to these terms. esgent provides an AI-powered assistant service for home and property professionals, delivered through messaging platforms.
Service Description
esgent provides a custom-configured AI assistant that operates through your chosen messaging platform(s). The assistant handles client communication, scheduling, follow-ups, quotes, and other business tasks as configured during your onboarding. The service includes initial setup, ongoing optimization, and customer support.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial signup. All plans include hosting, AI processing costs, and ongoing maintenance -- there are no hidden fees. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. After cancellation, your assistant will stop operating and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use esgent only for legitimate business purposes. You may not use the service to send spam, harass individuals, or conduct illegal activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide during setup.
Liability
esgent provides AI-generated responses on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. You acknowledge that esgent is a tool and that you retain ultimate responsibility for your business communications. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
